Andy Burnham visits Wolverhampton

Andy Burnham, Labour’s Shadow Education Secretary, joined Emma in a visit to Our Lady & St Chad Catholic Sports College and Aldersley High School. The event at Our Lady & St Chad provided an invited audience the opportunity to pose questions to Andy about Labour’s record on education and the Building Schools for the Future programme.

They then moved onto Aldersley High where they were shown around the school by the headteacher, Nicola Davis, and met some of the partners involved in the launch of their Institute of Sport which had taken place during the day (including representatives of Staffordshire Cricket Club).
