Emma Reynolds, MP for Wolverhampton North East, attended the two year anniversary of the building of The Way Youth Zone on Saturday, 20 January. Emma joined Pat McFadden MP, Deputy Mayor of City of Wolverhampton Council, Cllr Phil Page, chief executive Carla Priddon and chairman of The Way, John Gough and hundreds more who turned out to celebrate the second anniversary of Wolverhampton’s The Way Youth Zone and the unveiling of a new activity area.

Emma said, “This £5.5 million investment has been a roaring success evidenced by the thousands of youngsters who have come through its doors. Activities range from football, rock climbing and martial arts.

“It was great to see so many there and I pay tribute to the staff and volunteers who have made it such an outstanding success and it was great to help cut the Birthday cake with the Deputy Mayor and others.”
