Emma visited Wolverhampton North East Academy to talk to sixth form pupils about her work an MP locally and in Parliament and her role as the Shadow Europe Minister. Pupils asked about how she was selected as the Labour Party’s parliamentary candidate and they also discussed her election campaign in 2010.

Emma Reynolds MP said: “I had an excellent discussion with the North East Wolverhampton Academy sixth form pupils.”

“I was very impressed with the interest they are taking in both local and national politics. It is so important that young people understand how the decisions of the Government and politicians affect their daily lives. “
