Emma was delighted to join the Macmillan coffee morning being held today (Friday 27 September) at Wednesfield Community Centre.Emma said “I was pleased to again join with a local community group to help raise funds for Macmillan nurses. Everyone is effected by cancer, be it themselves, a loved one or a friend who is ill at some time in their lives. There are currently 2 million people battling with cancer in the UK.

“The organiser Sylvia Nixon has been arranging the coffee morning in Wednesfield since 1999 and has continued to smash her own fundraising target each year. I would like to congratulate Sylvia and the other volunteers for making the morning so enjoyable.

“I look forward to learning the final total raised for this worthwhile cause.”
