Supporting Wear a Hat Day 2019, highlighting the work done by Brain Tumour Research UK, Wolverhampton North East MP Emma Reynolds said:

“This may seem a bit of fun, but there is a serious point behind it. Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. It’s really important to raise awareness of brain tumours.

“Wear a Hat Day has raised over £1m towards brain tumour research, I’d encourage everyone who is able to donate and support their research. Together we will find a cure.”
