Emma visits local Citizens Advice Bureau
Emma visited the Wolverhampton CAB district office in Low Hill. The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.
Emma said, “I am a keen supporter of the CAB. The CAB provides a vital service to my constituents. They help and advise the most vulnerable people in Wolverhampton. I am very concerned about the cuts being imposed by the Government, in particular the massive reduction in the legal aid budget, which will affect the budget of the CAB.”
“During the double dip recession that we are suffering, the CAB’s services are in high demand. I would like to commend their expertise and professionalism.”
