Welcome to my website. On 6 May 2010, I was elected as the new MP for Wolverhampton North East. It is a great honour to represent my home town in Parliament. I would like to thank everybody who supported me.

    Punjabi Wolves CelebrationsEmma attended a charity fundraising event organised by Punjabi Wolves on Saturday 15 May. It was a very enjoyable and successful evening. Over £33000 was raised for West Park Hospital, Macmillan Cancer Support, Promise Dreams and India Housing. Punjabi Wolves is the largest organised group of ethnic supporters that actively follow the fortunes of any one football club not only on the British shores but also in Europe and beyond.     Emma Backs The BanEmma was delighted to join Hilary Benn in putting her name to the 'Back The Ban' campaign on fox hunting: "I am proud that a Labour government banned fox hunting. It is cruel and barbaric and has no place in modern Britain. Everyone knows that the Tories will seek to overturn the ban should they get elected. It's yet another reason to vote Labour on May 6th."
