Welcome to my website. On 6 May 2010, I was elected as the new MP for Wolverhampton North East. It is a great honour to represent my home town in Parliament. I would like to thank everybody who supported me.

Emma unveils industrial heritage mural in Bushbury
Emma and local artist John Garbutt unveiled a mural celebrating Wolverhampton industrial heritage in Bushbury triangle. Emma said:
"I was delighted to unveil the mural with its artist, John Garbutt. The mural is a fantastic celebration of our rich industrial heritage. It reminds us of the Wolverhampton's great companies, such as Guy Motors and Boulton Paul. Housing Minister, John Healey, visits Wolverhampton
Housing Minister, Rt Hon John Healey, visited Wolverhampton to meet Wolverhampton Tenants Association to discuss the Government's recent initiatives in the area. John also congratulated Springfield Horseshoe Co-operative for its recent award. Springfield Horseshoe Co-operative in Wolverhampton has become the first tenants’ organisation to be assessed as competent under the new system of external assessment by an Approved Assessor. Springfield Horseshoe Co-op already manages 83 homes but is planning to increase that number to 284. Now they are offering to help other groups who are preparing for an assessment. Emma and Jack Straw commend Joe Jackson's community work
Joe Jackson, who runs the New Park Village Football and Development Network, yesterday met Justice Secretary Jack Straw and Emma Reynolds, who both commended him on the great service he gives to the local community. Ministerial visit to Heath Park Business and Enterprise College
Emma Reynolds, Ken Purchase MP and Diana Johnson MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Schools, visited Heath Park Business and Enterprise College to highlight the Free School Meals Pilot in Wolverhampton. This is an example of the Labour Government helping hardworking families through these difficult economic times. The pilot extends free school meals to pupils whose parents are on low incomes. Emma raised money for The Haven
Emma ran the Wolverhampton Half Marathon on Sunday 6 September 2009 to raise money for a local charity, The Haven. Kath Rees, the Wolverhampton charity's Chief Executive said, "The Haven is very pleased that Emma raised money for the organisation by running the Wolverhampton Half Marathon and we appreciate her continuing support." Eddie Izzard and Trevor Beattie kindly donated to Normandy Veterans
Stand-up comedian and actor, Eddie Izzard and Birmingham-born advertising executive, Trevor Beattie attended the Normandy Veterans Association’s last memorial service in London on Sunday. Izzard and Beattie both gave generous donations to the Normandy Veterans to help them to travel to Normandy earlier this month for the 65th anniversary event. Emma attended the memorial service with her Granddad, Ken Reynolds, who is a Normandy Veteran. Emma presents cheque to Low Hill Youth Club
Bushbury Hill Tenants and Residents' Association kindly donated one thousand pounds to the Low Hill Youth Club so that they can buy equipment to help make the activities that they offer even more fun and interesting. Emma presented the cheque to the kids who go to the youth club at Low Hill Community Centre. Celebrating Vaisakhi and the Sikh New Year in West Park
Emma spoke at the Vaisakhi festival in West Park (Sunday 10 May). The festival attracted thousands of people from Wolverhampton and beyond. There was traditional Punjabi music and martial arts demonstrations. Emma said: "I have attended the West Park Vaisakhi celebrations in previous years.
