Welcome to my website. On 6 May 2010, I was elected as the new MP for Wolverhampton North East. It is a great honour to represent my home town in Parliament. I would like to thank everybody who supported me.

She will be a shadow junior Foreign Office Minister working in Yvette Cooper’s team.     Emma speaks at the opening of North East Wolverhampton AcademyEmma Reynolds MP spoke at the official opening of the North East Wolverhampton Academy on Wednesday 6 October 2010. The Academy opened in September, in effect merging and replacing Pendeford Business and Enterprise College and Northicote High School.     Emma attends Sikh Federation Annual ConventionEmma was delighted to attend the Sikh Federation’s Annual Convention in Wolverhampton last weekend. The event is the biggest gathering organised by the Federation in the UK. The organisation was established in September 2003 with the aim of giving Sikhs a stronger political voice by taking an increasing interest in mainstream politics in the UK.     Emma backs NHS Support Federation campaignEmma signed the NHS Support Federation’s petition this week opposing the Conservative Health White Paper. The White Paper would see billions of pounds the NHS spends on treatment handed over to GPs to spend. This will prevent family doctors from concentrating on their patients and force them to worry about budgets instead. Emma said "The Government’s White Paper is very worrying.     Emma steps up campaign against Human traffickingToday Emma Reynolds secured a debate in Parliament on the issue of human trafficking. This comes on the back of Emma questioning the Home Secretary and the Leader of the House on this subject in Parliament.
